1. The campsite accommodation rules apply to the designated area for tents and caravans in Dolánky u Turnova, operated by SUNDISK s.r.o.
2. Guests pay for accommodation in advance. In case of early termination of the stay by the guest, the accommodation provider refunds money only based on a medical report of illness.
3. Only a citizen who properly registers at the reception located at the entrance to the area, presents an identity card, and pays the accommodation fee can stay in the campsite. Each accommodated person receives an identification number, which must be visibly placed on the tent or the front window of the car. Unless otherwise specified by the campsite management, it is possible to stay at any place within the campsite area. Guests are also required to respect places reserved for groups, large motorhomes, or places marked with a warning sign. A paved area by the access road and the right and left outer parts of the front meadow are reserved for motorhomes.
4. Visitors staying at the campsite have free parking. Upon arrival, they take a parking ticket, which they subsequently hand over at the reception. For repeated exits from the parking lot during the stay, visitors can borrow a subscription parking card for a deposit of 200 CZK.
5. In the absence of reception staff, we will return the deposit by postal mail. Insert a ticket with your address and contact into the box with a ticket with your name and card/key number. It is also possible to send this information by email to info@sundiskfamily.cz.
6. Breakfasts can be ordered at the campsite reception always at least one day in advance by 16:00, except for orders for Sunday, which must be made no later than Friday. The price and form of breakfasts are according to the current offer. Breakfasts are always served between 8:00 and 9:30 at the designated place in the Dolánky Campsite.
7. Campsite visitors are entitled to use the lockable sanitary facilities reserved only for the campsite. Keys to the sanitary facilities can be borrowed at the reception for a deposit of 200 CZK. No additional fees for sanitary facilities are charged to the accommodated person.
8. Accommodation in the campsite is allowed only to citizens who are not carriers of infectious or parasitic diseases, nor have they been ordered increased health supervision or quarantine.
9. Unless otherwise agreed, check-in is possible from 14:00. If a guest arrives after the reception closing time, they can stay in the campsite but must report to the reception the next morning without delay. The accommodated person must leave the area for tents and caravans no later than the day of the end of the stay by 11:00. If the accommodated person does not comply with this deadline, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the accommodation price for another day. A guest who checks in before 6:00 am is required to pay the accommodation price for the entire night.
10. Guests staying at the campsite are required to maintain cleanliness and order. Tents and vehicles can only be set up in designated areas. Guests are required to follow the instructions of the campsite management, especially regarding the placement of tents and vehicles, lighting open fires, maintaining order, and observing night quiet hours. In case of potential risk of environmental pollution due to poor technical condition of the vehicle (leakage of operating fluids, chemical toilets, etc.), the campsite management reserves the right to terminate the stay without compensation.Guests are required to dispose of municipal waste only in designated containers. Garbage can be taken to mixed waste containers only in tied plastic bags. We request strict waste sorting and its placement in designated containers (see map).
11. From 22:00 to 8:00, night quiet hours must be observed. During cultural events, the night quiet hours may change. During night quiet hours, loud music is strictly prohibited in the campsite (especially the use of portable speakers and car radios). Even during the day, we ask for their moderate use.
12. Lighting fires is allowed only in places designated and properly marked by the campsite operator. In case of a fire hazard declaration (prolonged drought, strong wind, etc.), lighting fires, using grills (except gas and electric), and smoking are strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this prohibition, accommodation will be terminated without compensation. The accommodated person is responsible for damages caused to the property of the accommodation provider or other guests according to generally binding regulations.
13. The accommodated person is aware of the campsite's location in a tourist area, that the campsite is not separated from the surroundings by an impenetrable fence, and that any security service is not intended to guard personal belongings of the accommodated. The accommodation provider is not responsible for personal or valuable items, documents, etc., of the accommodated stored in tents, caravans, motorhomes, or cars.
    In case of damage or destruction of the accommodation provider's equipment, the amount according to the actual damage will be claimed from the perpetrator.
14. Each accommodated person is required to familiarize themselves with these Operating Rules and is obliged to comply with them. By paying for accommodation, the guest declares that they have been acquainted with these Operating Rules. The Operating Rules of the campsite are binding for everyone staying in the Dolánky Campsite area. Any person who violates the Operating Rules of the campsite will be expelled from the area without compensation.

The accommodation rules are valid for the year 2025.
